A small, well-defined handoff

Your pilot handoff

  • A draft CSV for new products, with draft and unpublished flags
  • An exception report with held rows and specific questions
  • A field map, change log, and local validation report
  • One correction pass for mapping errors within the agreed scope

A focused scope

  • One supplier CSV with at most 50 product/variant rows
  • Physical products and one store currency
  • At most one option dimension, such as color or size, per product
  • Supplied facts only, with ambiguous values left unresolved
What stays outside this pilot

Live imports, existing-product updates, inventory migration, multi-location setup, scraping, ongoing synchronization, image creation or hosting, SEO copywriting, custom metafields, and app integrations.

No store password is needed. The merchant reviews the file and runs a small draft test import in their own store before any wider import.

A synthetic catalog, made inspectable

Fictional data

Ten source rows become six draft variant rows and four held rows. Every source row is accounted for. The example contains three draft products and three held products.

Local validation is only one checkpoint

The sample has local validation checks, but no Shopify test import was performed. Store settings, defaults, handles, currency, tax, shipping, and fulfillment still need merchant review. Import success is not promised.

AI-assisted cleanup, with review gates

  1. 01

    Confirm the file fits

Review column headings and a permitted, redacted five-row example. Agree scope and delivery timing before any commitment. No customer records or credentials.

  2. 02

    Map, clean, and check

Use AI-assisted preparation and explicit data checks for formatting, SKU consistency, variant grouping, row accounting, and draft flags. Preserve the source and log changes.

  3. 03

    Resolve merchant exceptions

A human merchant confirms missing facts, conflicts, rights to images, and store-specific decisions. Held products remain separate until resolved.

  4. 04

    Review before importing

The merchant inspects the draft and performs a small draft test import in their own store. Local checks do not replace that test.

Start with a question

Is your supplier file a fit?
